Microsoft often makes Service Packs and HotFixes available on their FTP server before they are announced on their web site or in the press. You can find these at ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/bussys/winnt/winnt-public/fixes and the look for the 'usa' directory for the US release, followed by 'NT40' for NT 4.0.
